This is such a good breakdown! I have Kaiser insurance so my delivery and prenatal care was completely covered. I have not pursued pelvic floor therapy, though I really want to!

Thank you! Unfortunately, my pelvic floor therapy was all out of pocket. It should be part of regular annual care for women - so much of women's care seems to be about not dying (ie cancer screenings) vs thriving or being healthy in every day life (pelvic floor care).
